Oak Grove at Blake Farm is Wilmington’s newest active adult community. Every detail is designed around our residents’ wellness and enjoyment, from the interior apartment features to the robust amenities and social events.

Age Selection Criteria

  • 80% of apartment homes must be occupied by at least one resident 55 years or older.
  • 20% of apartment homes are available to be occupied by at least one resident 45 years or older.
  • All other occupants must be 25 or older.
